Brian D. Pardo
Cheif Executive Officer of Life Partners Holdings, Inc.
Mr. Pardo, 63, is President of LPHI. He has served as the CEO of Life Partners Inc. from its incorporation in 1991 until formation of the holding company, LPHI, in 1999. Mr. Pardo is one of the pioneers of the Life Settlements Industry, and was instrumental in establishing Life Settlements as a viable financial investment alternative. He has been certified as an expert in the field of Life Settlements and has testified as an expert witness on that subject on numerous occasions. Prior to founding Life Partners, Inc., Mr. Pardo was CEO of American Solar King Corporation for more than 15 years. Mr. Pardo served our nation from 1964 through 1966 as a helicopter gunship pilot in Vietnam, where he logged more than 900 flight hours and earned 16 air medals.

R. Scott Peden
General Counsel and Secretary of LPHI, President of Life Partners, Inc.
Mr. Peden, 43, serves as General Counsel for the Company and as President of its primary operating subsidiary. Prior to the share exchange, Mr. Peden served as Vice President and General Counsel for Life Partners, Inc. since its incorporation in 1991. Mr. Peden has been certified as an expert in the field of Life Settlements and has testified in court and before legislators on that subject on many occasions. He designed the legal structure of the Life Settlement transaction that is widely used throughout the industry. He holds a BA from Trinity University and a JD from Baylor University School of Law.

Mark Embry
Chief Operating Officer / Chief Information Officer of Life Partners, Inc.
Mr. Embry serves as Chief Operations Officer and Chief Information Officer. Prior to joining Life Partners, he worked for an international manufacturing company as CIO where he spearheaded national and global projects resulting in over three million dollars a year in cost savings and has consulted various types of businesses regarding process analysis and redesign, strategy and implementation. Mr. Embry is responsible for all operations and information technology, including creating efficiencies in the process flow, developing state-of-the-art information systems, development of automated supply chain and developing short term strategies to meet target objectives. Mr. Embry holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Dallas Baptist University and an MBA from Baylor University.

Kurt D. Carr
Vice President of Policy Administration
Mr. Carr, 37, has worked for Life Partners, Inc. since 1992 and has served as Vice President of Policy Administration since 1996. He currently serves as the company’s principal financial analyst of policies and supervises the policy processing department. Mr. Carr’s duties include supervising the operations of the processing department from policy presentation to initial review, information clarification, and file preparation as well as financial analysis of the policy to determine whether the presented policies meet the criteria set forth by the anticipated transaction. Mr. Carr also supervises the preparation of the necessary documentation, including obtaining a medical analysis of the insured under each policy. Mr. Carr holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance and an MBA from Baylor University.
